Victory Port Vila has a great disciplining and missional culture, which has seen the establishment of churches in neighbouring villages Blacksand and Teouma, as well as on nearby Pele Island. 

In 2012, Victory Port Vila began a school in the Blacksand community, known as the Victory School of Hope. The school is from Grades Prep – 4, with new classrooms, students and teachers being added annually. Victory church Bendigo continues to assist in the Victory School of Hope through providing building assistance (along with some other wonderful churches) and specifically with providing the school curriculum and ongoing teacher training.   If you would like anymore information, please contact michelle@victorycc.com.au
